Air conditioning is just air conditioning. A device that manually adjusts and controls the temperature, humidity, cleanliness, flow rate, and other parameters of the ambient air inside a building/structure. Air conditioning generally includes cold/heat source equipment, cold/hot medium distribution systems, terminal devices, and other auxiliary equipment. Mainly including refrigeration host, water pump, fan, and piping system. The terminal device is responsible for using the transmitted cold and heat to specifically process the air state, so that the air parameters of the target environment meet the requirements.
The gas-liquid separator is a part of the air conditioner. It can be installed at the inlet and outlet of gas compressors for gas-liquid separation, gas-phase dehazing after condensation and cooling at the top of fractionation towers, as well as gas-phase dehazing in various gas washing towers, absorption towers, and separation towers. Air conditioning gas-liquid separators can also be used for various industrial and civilian applications, such as gas dust removal, oil-water separation, and liquid impurity removal.
Air conditioning gas-liquid separator
Principle of air conditioning gas-liquid separator:
In the air conditioning system, the refrigerant pipeline can be divided into two parts: high pressure and low pressure. The temperature of the refrigerant is very high and requires a condenser to cool it. The low pressure through the evaporator requires an air conditioning gas-liquid separator to separate gaseous and liquid refrigerants, while liquid refrigerants require time and temperature to rise and evaporate. It can only enter the compressor after becoming gas, avoiding liquid compression and extending the service life of the compressor.
