High efficiency tank heat exchanger factory introduces the working principle of stainless steel gas-liquid separator to you
The stainless steel gas-liquid separator is made of stainless steel. Stainless steel gas-liquid separators can be installed at the inlet and outlet of gas compressors for gas-liquid separation, gas-phase dehazing after the condenser at the top of the fractionation tower, as well as gas-phase dehazing in various gas washing towers, absorption towers, and separation towers. Gas liquid separators can also be used for various industrial and civilian applications, such as gas dust removal, oil-water separation, and liquid impurity removal.
Working principle of stainless steel gas-liquid separator
During the cooling or pressurization process of saturated gas, a portion of the condensable gas will form small droplets and flow with the gas. The function of a gas-liquid separator is to process gases containing a small amount of condensate oil, achieving condensate oil recovery or gas phase purification. Its structure is generally a pressure vessel, with corresponding intake components and droplet capture components inside. Generally, gas is discharged from the upper part and liquid phase is collected from the lower part. Stainless steel gas-liquid separators use internal components such as filter screens, demisters, or baffles to further condense and discharge the liquid contained in the gas, in order to eliminate liquid effects.
