可拆板式换热器是由一组波纹金属板组成，板片上有四个角孔，以供热交换的两种液体通过。金属板片安装在一个侧面有固定板和活动压紧板的框架内，并用夹紧螺栓夹紧。板片上装有密封垫片，将流体通道密封，并且引导流体交替地流至各自的通道内。波纹板不仅提高了湍流程度，并且形成许多支撑点，足以承受介质间的压力差。金属板和活动压紧板悬挂在上导杆，并且由下导杆定位，而杆端部则固定在支撑柱上。
可拆板式换热器的优势：
1，高效倒流区设计，均匀分配流体，使换热器内无死角；
2，双层防漏技术，防止两种流体混合；
3，大小角度板型，深浅槽波纹满足各种不同工况需求；
4，换热器无焊接结构，方便拆卸清洗，更换部件。
