钎焊板式换热器是可拆板式换热器的升级，它是由前后端板以及波纹换热板片组合而成，相邻板片的波纹板角朝向相反，板片间的波峰彼此交叉形成大量触点。通过真空钎焊，将钎焊材料熔化与基层材料形成合金，使板片间的每一个触点都变成焊接点，这样既增强了换热器强度，也提高了换热器的传热效率。
