For dirt that is insoluble in acids, bases, and solvents, mechanical cleaning methods can be used. This method is also commonly used to remove particulate dirt.

Mechanical cleaning method is a mechanism that causes greater adhesion of dirt than fluid flow or mechanical action, and it causes dirt to detach from the heat exchanger wall. The advantage of this method is that it can not only save the cost of reagents required for chemical cleaning, but also remove carbonized dirt and hard dirt that cannot be removed by chemical methods; Avoiding the discharge and treatment problems caused by cleaning waste liquid after chemical cleaning; Low steel loss; The cleaned equipment is not easily corroded.
