Efficient tank heat exchanger factory tells you the difference between heat pump evaporator and condenser

Heat pump technology is a new energy technology that has attracted widespread attention in recent years. The familiar "pump" is a mechanical device that can increase potential energy. For example, the pump mainly pumps water from low to high. A heat pump is a device that can obtain low-level thermal energy from the air, water, or soil in nature, and provide high-level thermal energy that can be used by people through electricity.

The heat pump evaporator is a very important component among the four major components of refrigeration. The low-temperature condensate "liquid" exchanges heat with the outside air through the evaporator and "evaporates" to absorb heat, thereby achieving the refrigeration effect. A heat pump condenser is a part of a refrigeration system and belongs to a type of heat exchanger. It can convert gas or steam into liquid and quickly transfer heat from the pipeline to the air near the pipeline. The working process of the condenser is an exothermic process, so the temperature of the condenser is very high.

The difference between heat pump evaporator and condenser:

A condenser is an exchanger that releases heat from a "gaseous" refrigerant and condenses it into a "liquid". The evaporator is the reverse process of "condensation", which refers to the evaporation process of the exposed surface of the liquid. The evaporation process is usually endothermic.

One end of the heat pump evaporator is connected to the inlet (suction) of the compression pump, the outlet (exhaust) of the compression pump is connected to one end of the condenser, and the other end is connected to a capillary tube (with a small inner hole), with the other end of the capillary tube connected to the evaporator, forming a complete cold and hot circulation circuit. Inject an appropriate amount of Freon into the cold and hot circulation pipeline and start the compression pump. The compression pump sucks in gaseous Freon, compresses it into high-temperature and high-pressure gas, and then discharges it to the condenser. When it flows through the condenser, it dissipates heat to the surrounding air and condenses into liquid, which is then throttled by capillary tubes and transported to the evaporator. At this point, the evaporated Freon absorbs a large amount of surrounding heat and evaporates into gas. Continuous refrigeration cycle is achieved through circulation.
