Warm welcome to Samsung customers from South Korea for factory audit guidance　

From December 8th to 10th, 2020, a group of 5 Samsung customers from South Korea visited our company for on-site inspection and annual audit. The company leaders warmly welcomed and received the customers who came from afar.

Regarding the two new models added by the customer, Mr. Qi Xiaosong had in-depth discussions with our Executive Vice President Xin Chuanping and Technical Vice President Chen Tianpeng to determine the technical requirements for plate heat exchangers.

Prior to the audit, a meeting was held where Mr. Xin from the company provided a systematic overview and explanation of the new factory and its production operation process. Accompanied by company leaders, the customer delved into various aspects of the production workshop and quality control, conducting detailed analysis and inspection of the workshop environment, production capacity, quality assurance certificates, fire safety, manufacturing processes, on-site specifications, operating procedures, and related document records. During the audit, the customer raised various questions, and the company leaders provided detailed and accurate answers to each of the customer's questions, which gave the customer a clear understanding and knowledge of our company's production management and technical level, and received high recognition from the customer.

After three days of on-site audit, the final meeting was held. During the meeting, the customer expressed great recognition and satisfaction with the company's production management, quality control, and workshop environment, and also provided valuable guidance. This Korean Samsung customer audit not only deepened and consolidated everyone's confidence in cooperation, but also laid a good foundation for long-term cooperation between the two parties.
