In order to effectively strengthen the daily safety work of Jiangsu Weyee Company, improve the safety and fire safety quality, safety prevention and self rescue ability of all employees, and timely eliminate fire safety hazards, our company specially invited Instructor Yang from Zhenjiang Xuan'an Emergency Management Bureau to provide on-site guidance. By combining theoretical lectures with on-site exercises, we successfully held a fire safety emergency drill at 14:00 on November 24, 2021.
The main content of this fire drill is to simulate a fire in the stamping workshop, how employees can self rescue and escape after a fire occurs, familiarize themselves with the use of fire-fighting equipment, and how to extinguish the initial fire. At the drill site, employees covered their mouths with wet towels or hands, bent over, and quickly and orderly ran out of the workshop to the emergency assembly point. At the same time, they learned about fire safety knowledge and the use of fire extinguishers, and personally operated and used them.
The purpose of this fire drill is to enhance employees' awareness of fire safety, their ability to respond to sudden fires, and to test our company's organizational, response, and practical abilities in fire safety. During the drill, the commanding personnel remained calm and composed, while the majority of employees responded quickly and successfully completed the scheduled subjects. This strengthened our employees' ability to quickly handle emergencies and their spirit of unity and cooperation.
Through this fire drill, emergency personnel were provided with a practical simulation training, familiarizing them with necessary emergency operations, further enhancing their awareness of prevention and emergency evacuation and self rescue capabilities, and providing valuable experience guarantee for real accident emergency actions. Further strengthening the safety awareness of employees, verifying the feasibility and operability of fire prevention plans, has played a powerful role in promoting emergency command, coordination, and handling capabilities, laying a solid foundation for efficient and orderly emergency work in the future.
